Note: As the selling price of Materia differs depending on it's level, all Materia will be priced as Masters.
For example, an 'All' Materia with no Ability Points can be sold for 0 Gil, while a Mastered 'All' can be sold for 1,400,000 Gil.

Description
When placed in a linked slot with a Magic Materia, an All allows that Magic to be cast on all enemies or characters.
However, doing so reduces the effectiveness of the paired materia by 1/3.
Press R1 when selecting the desired Materia to cancel the 'All' effect, press R1 again to add the 'All' effect.
