Click on a thumbnail to open the render in a new window, then right-click the image and save it to your computer. All renders are saved in '.png' format, making them transparent so you don't have to go through the tedious cutting process yourself. A '.png' also allows you to save at no loss of quality, ensuring high quality renders.
