Description: Simba
is the son of the late Lion King, Mufasa, and future king of
the Pride Lands. When Simba was a young cub his father died
saving him from a herd of stampeding wildebeests and Simba was
led to believe that he was responsible for Mufasa’s death.
The guilt ridden young cub ran away from his homeland to get
away from his father’s death and eventually met the meerkat,
Timon, and the warthog, Pumbaa, who taught Simba about Hakuna
Matata, a life with no worries. Simba aided Sora during his
first journey and now it’s time for him to return the favor
by helping Simba remember who he really is and that he will
make a great king.

Description: Nala
is Simba’s childhood friend as well as his betrothed. When
Simba ran away, Nala and the other lionesses of the pride were
led to believe that he had died during his esacpe from the gorge
so she was extremely surprised to see that Simba was alive and
well. Nala left the Pride Lands in search of a lion who could
challenge and defeat Scar to save the Pride Lands from its horrible
state; when she found Simba she thought he would return willingly,
much to her dismay he refused to return to the Pride Lands.
Now it is up to Nala, Sora, and the gang to show Simba that
he will be an excellent king.

Description: Mufasa
is the late Lion King and father of the future king, Simba.
During his life, Mufasa reigned as one of the greatest kings

no one knows exactly how Mufasa lost his grip and fell to his
death… Mufasa can always be found watching over his son

Description: Rafiki
is an old mandrill who was one of Mufasa’s most trusted
advisors and friends. Rafiki went to the jungle in search of
Mufasa’s young son, Simba, to try and convince him to return
home and to take his place as king. With a bit of help from
his walking stick, Rafiki was able to ‘knock some sense’
into Simba and made him remember who he really is.

Description: Scar
is Mufasa’s brother and Simba’s uncle. Scar and Mufasa
didn’t always get along very well and after Simba was born
tensions between the two just grew and grew because before Simba
was born Scar was the next in line for the throne. Scar’s
greed and hatred towards his brother and young nephew caused
him to perform a number of evil deeds that included killing
Mufasa and trying to kill Simba on a number of occasions. When
Mufasa died and Simba ran away Scar became the new Lion King,
however; things have become unbalanced because of his torturous
reign and many of the animals have left the Pride Lands in search
of a more fertile land.
